Indulge in our exotic hibatchi grilled matsutake shoyu sauce! we make our sauce from matsutake mushrooms that we forage ourselves here in Mendocino County California, we hibachi grill them, then dry, then infuse into organic shoyu (basically Japanese style soy sauce, a little lighter, more healthy and less salty than commercial chinese soy sauce)
You will love the rich unami slightly charred/smoked flavor the matsutake give the aged sauce (60 days)
